REET Full Form
REET full form is Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers. This exam is conducted by the Board of Secondary Education Rajasthan (BSER). The Rajasthan government-approved exam is also known as RTET in some regions of Rajasthan. The full form of RTET is the Rajasthan Teachers Eligibility Test. The REET exam helps in recruiting the most suitable and eligible candidates for the post of teachers for the classes from 1st to 8th in the state education department. There are two types of REET exams: REET Paper I (for class I to V) and REET Paper-II (for class VI to VIII). Candidates can apply for both of the exams after providing eligibility. The REET of Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers is an annual exam. This exam is conducted by the state of Rajasthan for government schools to recruit teachers for classes 1st to 8th. The REET qualifying certificate is issued to applicants after qualifying for the REET exam. The validity of the certificate is 3 years.

Eligibility Criteria: As mentioned earlier there are two types of exams under the REET. So it is obvious that the criteria of eligibility are different. In the below tables, all the criteria are written in full form detail.
REET Paper I Eligibility For Class 1 To 5 Teachers
| Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education |
| Senior Secondary with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education in accordance with NCTE, Regulation 2002 |
| Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) |
| Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education) |
| Graduation and passed or appearing in the final year of two-year Diploma in Elementary Education |
REET Paper-II Eligibility For Class 6 To 8 Teachers

| Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed) |

REET Exam Pattern: Similar to the eligibility criteria exam pattern of both exams is different. The candidate must be well informed about this pattern as it helps in qualifying for the recruitment process. The exam pattern for both the exam is written in below mentioned tables.
